GRADING

  • GRADING PROCESS
  • Grading System: Create a grading system for the imported goods, which could be based on quality and condition. Common grading systems for used clothing and shoes include:
    • Grade A: Almost new, very good condition, minimal wear.
    • Grade B: Gently used, some wear but still in good condition.
    • Grade C: Heavily used, still wearable but with noticeable wear and tear.
  • Sorting: You may want to set up a sorting and grading facility where the goods are evaluated and categorized accordingly. Depending on your market, you might need specific types of clothing, such as casual wear, formal wear, shoes, jackets, etc.
